We started Femme Open because the networks we'd been sold felt hollow. Events where everyone pitched instead of listening. Communities where the loudest voice won. Rooms full of business cards and empty of real connection.

We wanted something deeper. A room. A few women. Someone who would introduce us to the right investor, read our pitch deck at midnight, or simply say "I've been there too."

So we made one. Then a second. We started in one city and grew into many. Now a global community of women who show up for each other — on the court, at dinner, and in the moments that matter. We don't take advertising. We don't take press. We take members, slowly, because trust is built one introduction at a time.
